As I am an Emergency Services Manager, I have been deployed on Wildfires for much of the summer, and continue to be on call for federal Disasters, for the remainder if the year !!
Therefore I am scheduling all open public classes (max of 4 seats) and all private 1 on 1 classes on an "as needed basis", in-between my deployments.

REFUND POLICY FOR ALL CLASSES:
Classes may be rescheduled up to two weeks prior to the scheduled class with out penalty.
If rescheduling within two weeks of the class a 50% fee may be applied if the vacancy is not filled by another student.
If the need to cancel class registration arises, a credit for a future class will be issued, with no expiration.
If rescheduling is not possible, 50% Refunds may be issued on a case by case basis, for Emergency situations only.
WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND;
That you ALWAYS register for a renewal class at least one month before the month that you Expire, so as to avoid any lapse of AHA - ACLS and BLS Certifications, due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances !!**
(If you schedule a class a month prior to your AHA Expiration date, and have to reschedule, if we are unable to reschedule you before your Expiration Date, with a reasonable effort on your part to reschedule, a full refund may be requested...)
